Raymarine ST6002 + (Plus) S3G Type 2 short stroke linear drive , boats up to 33,000 lbs. T12065G ** NOT AVAILABLE **Raymarine Linear Drive System T12065GRaymarine ST6002 + (Plus) S3G Type 2 short stroke linear drive , boats up to 33,000 lbs. This Raymarine package includes: Compact Raymarine SmartPilot push button autopilot control head with a 3" LCD and Raymarine instrument repeater capabilities The Raymarine 6000 series control heads have become the benchmark for Raymarine autopilot performance and styling and are installed aboard more sail and motor yachts than any other inboard pilot. The Raymarine ST6002 + (plus) features new styling to match the ST60 + (Plus) instrument line. Raymarine ST6002 + (plus) features: Raymarine SmartPilot Corepack for use with Raymarine 12/24 volt systems. Built in Raymarine Rate Gyro and Raymarine AST (Advanced Steering Technology) (Formerly known as the Raymarine T400 corepack) Raymarine S3G Corepack features Behind the Raymarine autopilot control head is the intelligence hub of the Raymarine system, the Raymarine Corepack. Consisting of an advanced Raymarine course computer, Raymarine fluxgate compass and Raymarine rudder feedback, the Raymarine Corepack is an integral part of the Raymarine autopilot system. Raymarine Corepack components explained: The Raymarine course computer is the intelligence behind your Raymarine autopilot system. It includes a powerful microprocessor, programmed with all the steering know-how we've gained over many years and hundreds of thousands of boats. The Raymarine course computer performs the main course keeping function and also houses the electronic control circuitry for the Raymarine drive unit and power amplifier. NMEA inputs and outputs enable it to operate easily with equipment from other manufacturers. A Raymarine SeaTalk interface provides connection to the Raymarine control head and communication with other Raymarine The Raymarine fluxgate compass module houses a state-of-the-art electronic Raymarine compass mechanism, capable of tracking your boat's heading with incredible accuracy. The mechanism is gimballed, enabling it to handle pitch and roll movements up to +/-35o. The Raymarine fluxgate compass connects directly to the Raymarine course computer. It mounts on a bulkhead below decks on most boats; if yours is a steel-decked boat, the compass will be mounted above decks, out of the reach of magnetic interference. This Raymarine transducer performs a vital role too: it tells the Raymarine course computer the precise position of your boat's rudder at all times. the Raymarine rotary model is most commonly required; the Raymarine linear model is used for hydraulic outboard steering systems. The Raymarine rotary model is mounted adjacent to the rudder stock, while the optional Raymarine linear model is mounted on the bullhorn ram of outboard engines. Raymarine designed this for boats with existing mechanical steering systems. The mechanical linear drive provides powerful thrust, fast hardover times and quiet operation. Features: • low backdrive force, to minimize the drive’s effect on the boat’s steering when the autopilot is in standby • a powerful electric motor controlled by an electromagnetic fail-safe clutch, using a high tensile belt drive and epicyclic gearbox • high performance for minimum current consumption
